Tomatoes epitomise Summer and warm balmy nights. They are the last thing on the menu before the days become shorter and colder and the first thing we reach for when warm weather sets in. This is an ode to the Tomato, a little reminder of the Summer gone by and Spring on the horizon, cascading from their shiny chalice.
